Happy Leap Day
Hey all and happy February 29th, leap day. The whole significance of having a February 29th every four years is to keep us in "time". It actually takes the earth 365-1/4 days to make one complete revolution around the sun so the extra day every four years bring us to where we should be. You do the math, thats enough scientific content here already.
Drummers keep time (among other things) so I declare February 29th National Drum Solo Day. To start things off here is one of my favorites. See, drums solos don't have to be and shouldn't be boring. Who says you have to go a concert to see a drum solo, check this out. Couldn't have a National Drum Solo day without hearing from the master. Moving into the speed metal arena check this guy out, keep your eyes on the sticks if you can. Here is another classic master, did you catch his super rolls? Drummers come from walks of life and all ages, check this kid out. But wait here is one even youger. Last but not least, click here.
I hope your time here was well spent, if your a drummer you "get it" if you are not I hope you "get it" a little more than you did just a short time ago.
