I went out with some friends last night to see our bass player Bruce Cook play in his other band called Bar Code.  They are great and diverse rock and roll cover band, so diverse that they even have a horn section that sometimes accompanies them.  The horn section of Bar Code did not play last night so it was just the five core members of the group jaming away for three full sets to a packed house at Waltz on Inn in Portland MI.  Outstanding show guys...

Six Syllable Sin is in the studio recording original material hoping to have a four song ep out sometime soon so those of you out there that haven't stopped by while we were rehearsing can hear what we have been doing.  The band is pretty excited about it.  I will say that when you get that much creative energy in one room things do happen.  We are recording and producing these songs ourselves so it will take some time to get them "out there" since we in the band all have families and regular day jobs, but our music is importaint to each one of us.
